Event Description
Join us for a 2 hour interactive, engaging workshop with the opportunity to explore, learn, reflect and share best practice. Excellent record keeping in health and social care is a fundamental part in providing high quality care to service users. This workshop will explore why record keeping is important, the different types of record keeping and the importance of good communication.
This session will cover:
- Looking at principles of record keeping and why it is important
- Looking at why communication is important
- How to communicate with service users and colleagues
- Discussion on digital vs paper records
- Digital confidence
- General best practice discussion
The workshop is available to anyone that currently works in social care, or considering a move into the sector and is led by our experienced Workforce Advisors from the Care Market Workforce Team. This workshop is free - fully funded by Norfolk County Council.
