Person-Centred and Holistic Care Workshop

Join us for a 2 hour interactive, engaging workshop with the opportunity to explore, learn, reflect and share best practice. This workshop will discuss holistic, person-centred approaches in social care and how it helps to provide high quality care to our clients. We will explore how to be mindful of clients individuals needs, preferences and goals.

This session will cover -

•   To understand the meanings of Holistic and Person-Centred approaches
•  · How you would apply them to your work
• · Offer examples of poor approaches to PC and Holistic
• · How to evaluate Person Centred and Holistic values
• · To describe the benefits of person centred/holistic approaches
• · Describe what it means for your client/customers to receive this form of approach

 The workshop is available to anyone that currently works in social care, or considering a move into the sector and is led by our experienced Workforce Advisors from the Norfolk Care Careers Team. This workshop is fully funded by Norfolk County Council.
