Communication Workshop

Join us for a 2 hour interactive, engaging workshop with the opportunity to explore, learn, reflect and share best practice. Excellent communication is fundamental in all social care settings. Want to communicate better? This workshop will explore why communication is important, and effective ways to communicate with colleagues and clients .

This session will cover -

• Communication styles
• How to be an effective listener
• Communication tools and resources
• Managing difficult conversations. 

The workshop is available to anyone that currently works in social care, or considering a move into the sector and is led by our experienced Workforce Advisors from the Norfolk Care Careers Team. This workshop is free - fully funded by Norfolk County Council.
