Confidence Workshop

Join us for a 2 hour interactive, engaging workshop with the opportunity to explore, learn, reflect and share best practice. Confidence can be learnt! Join us to explore what resources and strategies you can utilise to become the best, confident version of you.

This session will cover - 

• What is confidence?
• Myths around confidence
• How confidence can be learnt and developed over time
• The benefits to having more self-confidence
• How to support others to build their confidence
• Helpful tips and techniques for confidence building.

The workshop is available to anyone that currently works in social care, or considering a move into the sector and is led by our experienced Workforce Advisors from the Norfolk Care Careers Team. This workshop is free - fully funded by Norfolk County Council
