Flexibility in Social Care

The Norfolk Care Careers team is partnering with Timewise, experts in flexible working, to bring these workshops to care providers in Norfolk.

 A practical, interactive workshop which will share tools and case study examples of how to design and embed good flexible working practices which work for employees and care providers.

 We will cover:

• The business case for flexibility
• How to manage ad hoc and permanent requests for flex
• Examples of different flexible working models

You will have the opportunity to explore new approaches and will leave feeling more confident to have conversations with your team and design flexibility that works.
